There are problems in Dragonrod again. Madnin needs your help at Rekman harbour. Please go there immediately and support her as well as you can. She will give you a seal as proof of your assistance.

Rekman harbour had to be evacuated at the start of the war. There's not been much trading there since. Derion would really benefit if the harbour started to run better and then enable us to trade with Blonea once again. For this reason we need to do everything we can to lay claim to this area. If the population there starts to react negatively to your presence, please react diplomatically. We cannot afford to spoil our chances with them.
