Defeat 40 elite Derion soldiers at the Decain Camp in the Colossus Mountains (Mission) and then head back to Neved.

Heroes of Valorian, we need you! Travel to the Colossus Mountains and defeat the elite Derion soldiers. We need to force them out of this area to turn this war around!
