Description
Bulletin Board:[Player]:I have been given the task of sorting out the equipment for the next battle. Commander Medeilos wants our troops to be equipped with only the best! Nevertheless, I don't have the time to get hold of a Scroll of Radiance. For this reason, I am calling out to all citizens of Derion. Fight against a Grieving Spirit, loot the Scroll of Radiance and then bring it to Ribbon. He will award achievement points in my stead.

P.S. Grieving Spirits are very rare and can usually only be found once many monsters have been defeated.
