Take part in the area conquest which takes place daily at 9 PM, and then talk to Neved in the Magnaktia Soldier's District.

Description

Bulletin Board:

Do you want to earn fame and honour? Then take part in the area conquest! A battle against Derion is about to take place which will turn you into a wise and courageous warrior. Fight for the honour of Neban Maha and Valorian! You'll be well rewarded for it!
