Description
Bulletin Board:[Player]:I have been given the task of sorting out the equipment for the next battle. Commander Medeilos wishes that our troops are equipped with only the best! But I don't have time to get hold of a Scroll of Radiance. For this reason, I am calling out to all citizens of Valorian. Fight against a Grieving Spirit, loot the Scroll of Radiance and then bring it to Neved. He will grant you achievement points on my behalf.
