Take 20 sheets of white paper to the strange mushroom at the Baikera Canyon Entrance in Tebekut. You can get the paper from any monster in Iberia.

Description

Mushroom:

*There are many scraps of paper with wishes on them hanging on the strange mushroom. If you collect some white paper, use it to make lanterns, and hang them on the mushroom, your wishes will be fulfilled as well.*
