Jameson:

The crystals that you brought me are part of the legendary Soul Fragment. Apparently Goddess Leya produced this crystal with eight other gods. The Soul Fragment is a source of pure energy, a consolidation of immense power. Most living creatures that carry this crystal on them can't deal with this power and are attacked by it. That's also the reason why the bear and the gremlin mutated. However, you carried this crystal on you without experiencing any adverse effects. That made me carefully think about you. The fact that I'm only telling you this top secret information has a good reason. "Player", you have to help us.

[Player]:

I don't know what you're talking about... what do you mean by organisation?

Jameson:

Please understand that I can't reveal this information to everyone in my organisation. But I promise that they will eventually find it all out. Our organisation has always fought against the Black Knights for the continent's future. This fight started long before the formation of Derion or Valorian. I don't know why they want to use the Soul Fragment to destroy the continent yet... but now that the Soul Fragment has turned up again, they seem to be on the move again.

Jameson:

But even if I summarise all the events, I can't figure out what they're up to. I don't know why the Baraks fragmented the crystal and stored it in a different area. The fact that the crystals were kept with a bear and a gremlin seems pointless too. At least we can presume now that the Baraks have something to do with the Black Knights. And as the Soul Fragment has finally been found, it proves that the Black Knights started moving it around again. As they themselves haven't appeared, it suggests that they are making others work for them. I think it might be that fellow from the Baraks who the workers said turned Kuyo and Rintarolycan into werewolves. There's a high chance that this creature belongs to the Black Knights.

In any case, if the Soul Fragment and Count Morabia have anything to do with one another, our research will have to take a new turn. It may have been Count Morabia himself who broke the Soul Fragment into individual crystals and spread them out.
