Claude:

I've packed the ingredients into this bag. Take them to the Altar of Tranquility in the middle of Hantazatul Lake. Only there can you use them to produce sparkle dust, which we will need for our potion. Take this bottle as well. You'll be able to use it to capture the mournful souls that sometimes flit about near Hantazatul Lake. When you've got the sparkle dust and the mournful souls, come back to me as soon as possible.
