Description
Spelban:[Player]:The story of Valorian's greatest servant, Olivier, is incredibly tragic! Despite the great services he has done for the country, he simply can't enjoy them. For in the Second Battle of Ardir, he lost his love, Landietta Julien. However, this isn't the last of it: rumour has it that his followers came back to life at the Shrine of the Abandoned. Player, go there now and help them regain their eternal peace. Olivier can't know anything about this! He has already suffered enough and would probably hope to find his love amongst the walking dead. We need to spare him from such terror, for it could drive him insane.
Spelban:I'll take care of it. How did Landietta Julien die?
Long before the kingdoms Derion and Valorian existed, there was a time when all Iberians fought against the Rahu together. We call it the Second Battle of Ardir. Olivier and Julie commanded the defenders at the Arianrod Gate. They fought bitterly against the Rahu under the leadership of the Iberian hero Arian Horus. However, Lezina Palace was imperilled by an unexpected monster attack. It would have taken a day to help the troops there and they would have had to give up their position at the Arianrod Gate. Julie suggested staying at the Arianrod Gate with a few fighters to stop the Rahu, and allow her dearest to retreat back to Lezina Palace. She convinced Arian Horus that it was the best idea, even though Olivier was against it – however he had to give in to Arian Horus' wishes. The palace was saved, but Julie disappeared during the defence of the Arianrod Gate. Her body was never found and no one ever heard from her again. Olivier is still looking for her to this day.
