Go and find the ominous chest there which is west of the Crazy Earth. Get the splinters of the Second Soul Piece which are in the chest and then report back to Patesia afterwards. He is in the Patrol Encampment.

Description
Patesia:[Player]:There's something unbelievable in the letter: the dark elves changed their disposition one morning and decided to attack the centaurs, who they had previously been allies with in the battle against the Rahu. This started happening after a chest suddenly appeared in this area. The dark elves apparently guarded the chest as if they were being controlled by someone. Tamertus thinks that that's why the centaurs were suddenly attacked. You will have to find out what this chest is all about.
Patesia:The dark elves are under somebody's control? Wait a minute, what is that supposed to mean?
I'm not sending you there, because I know what that'll mean. I don't know why the other dark elves attacked the centaurs, but there's no doubt about that fact that they did it. To be able to live with the centaurs in peace, a decision will have to be made.
