Description
Pibins:[Player]:The gnolls and centaurs occupying the windmill area are giving Spinger a hard time. The harvested crops have to be milled, but support from the militia has been delayed. Could you take some sort of piece of evidence to Spinger, General Player? He's already aggravated, but if we can show him that we're in the process of defeating them, he might feel better. Rosleil is going to send out a unit soon, but in the meantime I want to calm him down.
Pibins:I understand, I'll take care of it.
Spinger is a very wise friend. He recognised early on that Bina, the largest agricultural area of Valorian would be revived one day, so he purchased several windmills. And now he's reaping the rewards. If it all works out this time, he'll have a big influence on Bina in the future.
