Marlone Meridian:[Player]:It is tragic that you couldn't find out more about the Space-Time Gap in Mirhur. I didn't want to have to send you to the Colossus Mountains, but there is no other option! Do you want to know why I kept the meetings a secret from you, postponed you, and sent you off to Mirhur?
Marlone Meridian:I was curious, but I thought there must have been a good reason.
Thank you for understanding. Your trust should be rewarded! I will tell you the truth. Lord Tristan of Gor suggested an extraordinary idea in the secret meetings: All three countries should unite! The Space-Time Gaps have led to great turmoil throughout Iberia, and we must now show the people that we are facing these problems together. Such an alliance would be unprecedented in the history of Iberia.

Tristan claimed to have found the origin of the Space-Time Gaps in the Colossus Mountains. We should plan an expedition out there. But can we really trust him? We don't know anything about him! Where he comes from, his background - nothing! It's as if he just popped into existence when he became the mercenary king of Gor. We must find out what his plans and goals were. We thought that he announced a meeting in the Colossus Mountains in order to do away with you in the name of the Conspiracy of Parakelius. Tristan had long been under suspicion within the White Troop. People thought that he was possessed by Parakelius like Emperor Ruard of Derion. But while you were in Mirhur, we gained some valuable information. We looked into the matter and found out that he had nothing to do with Parakelius at all, aside from some dubious details. A servant of the White Troop who had been watching Tristan said that he never once showed signs of possession the way that Emperor Ruard had. We also found out that the Colossus Mountains were actually the origin of all the Space-Time Gaps.
