Vandane:

The person who summoned the spirits condensed all of the rancorous spirits on this hill into a crystal. When the crystal was pulverised, it created this Rancorous Spirit Crystal Powder. Can you sprinkle this powder on the old altar on Gorgon Hill? Wait around and see if the person who caused this mess on Gorgon Hill makes an appearance. If he does, you need to eliminate him immediately.

So I just need to sprinkle this powder to tempt him out? Will that really work?

Vandane:

I'm not certain, but I think that will be the only way to tempt him out. He created this crystal himself, so I think he will also be sensitive to its powder. We have nothing to lose. On dispersing the energy of the rancorous spirits, it's highly probable that he will appear.
